This site has been designed to be usable with a keyboard, on smaller screens and with assistive technology.
Our approach
The website has been built with WCAG 2.2 Level AA as a design target, including responsive content, visible keyboard focus, semantic headings, alternatives for meaningful images, and reduced-motion preferences. It has not been independently certified as meeting WCAG standards.
Known limitations
Online appointments use the external Acuity Scheduling service. Videos are hosted by YouTube and are only loaded when you press play. The accessibility of those providers is outside the direct control of this website.
If something is difficult to use
Please email john@thinkingfree.co.uk or telephone 01756 761604. You can ask for information in a different format or for help arranging an appointment without using the online booking service.
